deepWORK® and IRON SYSTEM® or strength training

The IRON SYSTEM® distinguishes itself in the course area among other things through a unique sports science funded periodisation. Hereby different, inter-constructive and complementary training methods are used in defined time intervals, which disrupt the respective resulting homeostasis of the body and force these to readjust, i.e. training effects. One thinks about muscular endurance training vs. hypertrophy training or vigorous vs. slow movements, different exposure densities etc. deepWORK® fits perfectly into the periodisation of the IRON SYSTEM®. Like in the various programmes of the IRON SYSTEM®, both the force and the cardiovascular system is trained in deepWORK®. The load form of the muscles and cardiovascular system differ, thus ensuring the deliberate disruption of homeostasis. This means: deepWORK® is a training stimulus, which pushes the IRON SYSTEM® strengthened body to further new adjustments/training effects.
